Welcome back to The Dynasty Report, this time tackling and discussing the 2014 high profile productions Kung Fu Jungle starring Donnie Yen and the latest movie featuring Wong Fei-Hung: Rise Of The Legend. No Jet Li this time around but a new Wong Fei-Hung so there’ll be talks of how this reboot fares. Hosted by Kenny B, with reviews and discussion of the movies by the doctor David Lam and live from Hong Kong, not in the run down, grimey cinema we named this show after, Paul Fox. We continue looking at martial arts super star turned director David Chiang’s directorial output and post his stay at Shaw Brothers and entering a new decade, frame got livelier, darker and weirder. Spoofing Western and Eastern genre content and providing us with a gloomy, dark comedy about reversing your fate, David Chiang starts playing a little bit more. Let’s talk some fucking justice…Danny Lee style. It’s one of the fascinations of Danny Lee’s cop movies, Cat III or not, when he clearly muses on how justice is achieved, how information is squeezed out of suspects and there’s probably half a dozen movies where he or his OCTB gang are pretty much torturing their victims. Be it in Organized Crime & Triad Bureau, The Untold Story and here in his own directed The Twist where Simon Yam gets the hose. Also, Simon Yam is a nutter, psycho AND stalker in Crazy Love For You where he may or may not get his dicky shot off. Click image or link below to access the show!
This Week In Sleaze 33: Tightie Whitie Theatre – The Twist & Crazy Love For You
Ho Fan still had style and flair for comedy in his last decade as Category III director.

Jackie Chan double bill-time. Diving deepier into the Police Story-series, cast & crew return another fireworks display of stunts, fights and on set injuries and for the third entry, things get quite enormously larger and Michelle Yeoh is added to the series in impactful fashion.
